At 23 stories and nearly 400 feet tall, 401 Las Olas ranks as the fourth tallest building in Fort Lauderdale, a commanding presence on the city’s skyline. Crowned with a distinctive 42-foot illuminated pyramid—or ziggurat—the tower transforms into a striking landmark after dark, casting a radiant glow at the heart of downtown.
This Class A office tower has earned LEED® Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
